I liked the book. All the flavors are well-chosen. Having all the details compiled in one book is very convenient. I would certainly appreciate an offline master class as well. I tried the new combinations on friends, and everyone was delighted. I have clients, but they haven't tried the new flavors yet. I would advise beginners not to be afraid to try something new, to develop, and to gain new knowledge. Based on the knowledge you gather, you will be able to form your own algorithm of actions that will be more convenient for you

I really enjoyed this book. The sponge cakes are incredibly delicious, with unique flavor combinations (especially the lavender one). After this course, I feel inspired to experiment with flavors and combine different textures (I particularly liked the combination of sponge cake and meringue). I aim to introduce my creations to a café, as I really want to diversify the local assortment, which is currently lacking. Sometimes I take orders, but mostly I bake for my family and work. Everyone loves it, but they don't want to order because it's too expensive for the locals, and they don't understand our desserts. They go to the supermarket and buy cakes and cupcakes for pennies.
