Thank you for the book and the advice in it! At first, nothing was working out for me, and I thought the problem was with me. But it turned out to be the almond flour. I changed the flour, and everything turned out just perfect 😍
The cupcakes are unbelievably delicious 🤤. The fillings and ganache creams are an explosion of flavor 🤤
A big thank you to Olena and the ARDO Academy. I’m continuing onwards. Next up is the book on macarons 😍

I really like all your books. I have clients, but not many, as I don't have much time right now with three children, the youngest being 17 months old. My goal is to become a pastry chef and open my own bakery or at least work in this field. I already have five of your certificates and plan to use them to apply for pastry courses abroad (these are free courses to get a work permit in the pastry field).
To beginners, I recommend that if you have the desire to be a pastry chef, try your recipe books. They provide many opportunities and a wealth of knowledge, and the desserts are "luxurious"—as my husband says.
